What is your Cancellation Policy?
A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment in advance at Nicholas Reyes Hair Salon. Guests who cancel within 24-hours of the appointment start time or no-show a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) total as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be processed to the credit card on file. The fee is not redeemable for services or products and is non-refundable. We do not wish to charge guests who do not come in to see us! To avoid this fee, please cancel prior to the 24-hour window before your appointment begins.
What is the Difference in pricing between stylists (LEVEL 1& 2)?
The level pricing system is based on professional experience. All of our stylists use the same high-quality product lines and have completed the same training and professional development.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AS A NEW CLIENT?

Send photos of your hair in natural lighting, inspiration photos, and a brief description of your hair history.
Our receptionist will get back to you during business hours to schedule.
WHAT DO PRICES INCLUDE?
Blowout and style are included with a haircut. Color services do not include styling.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients leave feeling confident and beautiful. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for the services provided. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and explore options to make things right.
